Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial investment professional to join our team in an Associate capacity in our India-based investment team. This role offer s an opportunity to contribut e directly to investment analysis and execution of CRE and ABF deals.

Responsibilities :

• Build and evaluate comprehensive financial models to support investment analysis, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making across various commercial real estate (CRE) asset classes.
• Standardize and benchmark sales and operational performance across diverse commercial real estate (CRE) asset classes by analyzing data from Trepp and Real Capital Analytics (RCA).
• Conduct real estate asset valuations using various methodologies to support investment decisions and portfolio strategy.
• Draft investment memos and prepare due diligence checklists
• Conduct market, borrower, and macroeconomic research
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance and asset management
• Develop scalable data analytics and automation tools
• Collaborate on live deal execution and pipeline management
