Key Responsibilities :
Customer Interaction : Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with a focus on first-contact resolution. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Product Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of our products / services to address customer queries effectively and provide accurate information.
Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
Customer Feedback : Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement in our products and services.
