Customer Service Executive

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product / service support. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and effective resolutions through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or social media
• Provide accurate information about products / services
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions
• Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
• Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution
• Meet or exceed service targets like response time, satisfaction score, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to improve customer experience
• Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements
