Role Description : We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our Presales Solution Engineering team. As a
Pre-Sales Solution Engineer
at Convin, you will play a key role in demonstrating the value of our AI-powered platform to prospective clients. You'll collaborate with the sales team, product managers, and technical experts to align our offerings with the customer's needs and pain points. Your ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value and facilitate smooth product adoption will be crucial to driving Convin's success. As a Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to showcase our product offerings and architecture in a way that inspires confidence and addresses any technical concerns from prospects and customers throughout the sales process. Your goal is to eliminate technical obstacles and clearly communicate how our technology / products can meet their needs. To excel in this role, you'll need a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen. This includes identifying mission-critical requirements, developing tailored technical sales strategies, and demonstrating solutions that deliver real business value. Responsibilities :
Understand customer objectives and pain points , and align them with Convin’s product suite to present the best solutions.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations
that showcase the value of our AI-powered contact center solutions, addressing specific customer use cases.
Lead the solution design and product configuration
processes, ensuring that Convin’s platform integrates seamlessly with the client’s infrastructure and requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor
to clients by addressing technical concerns and providing guidance that aligns Convin’s products with their business objectives.
Communicate complex technical information
effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Provide business guidance
by understanding the customer’s business processes, strategy, and objectives, and demonstrating how Convin’s solutions can support and enhance these areas.
Engage with AEs and SDRs
to deliver standard demos, platform walkthroughs, and evangelize Convin’s value proposition to prospects.
Support RFP / RFI responses
by crafting detailed technical answers that align with customer requirements and product capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with sales, product, and technical teams to continually refine Convin’s value proposition based on market trends and client feedback.
Maintain up-to-date expertise
in Convin’s technology, AI-driven contact center solutions, and relevant industry trends by engaging in product, sales, and technical training.
Develop technical collateral
such as proposals, presentations, and case studies to support the sales process.
Continuously engage with customers
throughout the pre-sales process and beyond, ensuring their needs are met and offering ongoing technical support during engagements.
Contribute to a fast-paced sales environment , managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong collaboration within the team. Minimum Qualifications :
