We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager - University Relations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing university partnerships and liaison activities, coupled with exceptional operations and project management skills. This role is crucial for fostering robust relationships with academic institutions, ensuring seamless operational execution of university programs, and enhancing our engagement within the educational ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- University Relationship Management : Lead and manage all aspects of university relations, acting as the primary liaison between the organization and academic institutions. This includes establishing, nurturing, and strengthening partnerships with universities and their various departments.
- Operations Management : Oversee the end-to-end operational execution of programs and initiatives related to university engagement, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established timelines and budgets.
- Project Management : Apply strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor various university-facing projects, from recruitment drives and campus events to collaborative research initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration : Provide strong leadership to a diverse team involved in university relations activities, fostering collaboration, driving performance, and ensuring effective teamwork.
- Educational Technology & CRM Utilization : Leverage proficiency in educational technology platforms and CRM systems to manage university data, track engagement, and optimize operational workflows.
- On-site Management : Effectively manage on-site operations and teams, ensuring smooth execution of events, presentations, and other activities on university campuses.
- Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvements within university relations operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting & Analysis : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to university engagement, provide regular reports, and conduct analytical reviews to inform strategic decisions.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management : Ensure excellent communication with all internal and external stakeholders, including university faculty, administration, students, and internal departments.
