You will be part of IPB Chief of staff function supporting a variety of administrative tasks and day-to-day business support. This role will require hands-on admin support to onshore Managing Directors (MDs).

Your Key Responsibilities
Acting as an owner and the first point of contact to coordinate tasks and admin activities for the MD includingManaging calendars - scheduling meetings & appointments incl. global events e.g. Townhalls, OneIPB, Engage and Connect sessions, Online team engagement eventsCompiling and disseminating meeting documentsHandle travel bookings & expense claimsTracking infrastructure and inventory for new joiners / leaversAssist with opening IT support tickets and follow-upsRaise purchase orders - stationery, office equipment (headsets, laptops), licenses, employee welfare items and othersMaintain email distribution lists, Staff communications, email broadcastsSeat planning and floor plan updates in DB systems e.g. dbMOVEYour Skills and Experience
Previous experience in administrative assistant preferably supporting senior stakeholders i.e. Managing Directors / Directors in onshore locationsEducated to Bachelor’s degree level (Business Administration) or equivalent qualification / work exA self-starter with strong analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to create presentations and reportsStrong organisational and planning skillsExcellent spreadsheet and / or basic database skills (data matching, data entry, basic reporting)Knowledge of the banking and financial sectorsHow we’ll support you
