Job Title : Chief Operating Officer (COO); With 20 to 25 years experience. And currently working as COO

Reports to : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location : Bangalore / MG Road / Trinity Circle

WFO - 6 days / week

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the daily operations of our client company and drive efficiency across all departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Production, IT). The COO will be a key member of the senior management team and responsible for implementing the company’s strategic vision, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as COO, Operations Director, or in a senior managerial role in operations.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA preferred.
