Job descriptionManage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth Create compelling ad copies and creatives that drive engagement and conversions. Provide regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure alignment Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency for D2C Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
