Lead Program Manager - Collection Strategy

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager for the Strategy Team to lead Collectons Strategy & Innovation for wheeled asset businesses - Two-Wheelers and Pre-Owned Cars for our client which is a leading financial services brand. The role demands a strategic leader with deep experience in NBFC collections strategy, capable of working closely with senior leadership to drive porUolio-level outcomes and deliver measurable results within the first 3 months.

The selected candidate will join as one of four Program Managers in the Strategy vertical, with scope to grow into a full-fledged Head of Strategy role.

Key Responsibilites

• Lead the Collec&ons Strategy for Two-Wheeler and Used Car porfolios, focusing on reducing delinquencies and improving recovery performance.
• Develop and implement porMolio-level strategic ini&a&ves, with a strong P&L
• orienta&on.
• Work closely with senior leadership, preparing and presenting strategic insights and decks at the CEO / management level.
• Oversee and guide a team of data analysts for insights and reporting, while providing high-level strategic direction.
• Drive process compliance and tele-collections strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Deliver measurable results within the first 2–3 months of joining.
• Provide foresight for scaling the role into a broader strategy leadership mandate.
