Identify and target potential customers via social media, email, phone, direct or self-generated leads.Build strong relationships with school principals, secretaries, and key decision-makers.Reach out to new clients and explain the benefits of our digital products.Qualify new markets, products, and services to expand the customer base.Prospect potential customers through cold calls, emails, and meetings.Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase app features and benefits.Negotiate deals and close agreements with schools.Ensure 90%+ client satisfaction through proactive engagement.Collect feedback to enhance product features and user experience.Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.Regularly visit the market to generate new leads and follow up with existing ones.Identify and visit potential clients to promote and sell the mobile app & ERP solutions.Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients.Data Analysis & ReportingGather and analyze sales data to optimize marketing and business strategies.Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress toward goals.Conduct market research to track emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.Develop customized proposals and business models for potential clients.Provide feedback to the product development team to refine app features.Prepare performance reports, key deal summaries, and market trend insights.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Salary – Fixed monthly / annual pay
Quarterly Commission : 4%–5% of sales revenue.

The Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in sales / marketing (preferably in EdTech or school-related services).Sales & Business DevelopmentAbility to pitch & sell mobile app promotion services effectively.Expertise in closing deals & handling objections.Strong negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes.Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, etc.).Experience in creating PDFs, Word documents, and reports.Ability to design & manage content workflows for better efficiency.Other RequirementsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Willingness to travel frequently for school visits & client meetings.Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.The Employer
