Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in the building materials industry across Odisha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires extensive travel across the state, so candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork and possess their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and manage project sales opportunities within the building materials sector across Odisha.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and project consultants.
- Track ongoing and upcoming projects; ensure timely follow-ups and effective closure of deals.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of project requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to the management team.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and project tracking documentation.
Candidate Requirements :
Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials industry (Sanitaryware, Tiles, Plumbing, Construction Materials, etc.).Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid driving license.Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Good communication and presentation skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
