Sone India is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer with expertise in handling and repairing electrical circuits for welding machines. This role involves troubleshooting, servicing, and commissioning industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Register and handle service complaints related to welding machines.
• Visit customer sites to diagnose and resolve service-related issues.
• Perform installation and commissioning of welding machines at various sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PCB drawings, and other machine components.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to enhance machine efficiency.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure high-quality after-sales service.
• Provide training and technical guidance to customers regarding machine operations.
• Maintain service logs and prepare reports on customer support activities.
