About the role

QuickReply.ai is looking for a B2B Content Writer with strong SEO and technical writing skills to create high-quality, in-depth content for our WhatsApp marketing and sales automation platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience writing for B2B SaaS products, a solid grasp of APIs and webhooks, and familiarity with AI tools like GPT and Claude.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-depth, SEO-optimized content aligned with user intent and product use cases.
• Get hands-on with QuickReply.ai—build sample chatbots and workflows to understand the product.
• Produce 2+ SEO pages daily using content intelligence systems and topic clusters.
• Ensure content meets AI citation standards and includes structured markup (FAQ schema, TL;DR, datasets).
• Collaborate with GTM and product teams to maintain product documentation, tutorials, and release notes.
