Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketo Specialist with strong expertise in Marketo and Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize automation workflows, maintain database hygiene, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated campaigns in Marketo integrated with Salesforce.
• Ensure database accuracy and hygiene through data cleaning and validation.
• Use Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) for data management and analysis.
• Develop lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and segmentation strategies.
• Generate campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation with business goals.
• Run A / B tests and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
