Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to spearhead our MICE sales division in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in corporate sales within the hospitality or travel industry. You will be responsible for driving business growth, building a strong client pipeline, and achieving ambitious sales targets by showcasing our world-class MICE solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting and developing relationships with corporate clients.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and initial engagement to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our corporate client base and achieve revenue targets for the MICE segment.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives to create compelling, customized proposals and presentations for MICE events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and build brand presence.
  • Collaborate closely with the MICE Operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis for management.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • A minimum of [e.g., 5+] years of proven success in a corporate sales role, specifically within the MICE or hospitality / travel industry.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts and a proven ability to generate new business leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A strategic and proactive approach to sales, with strong business acumen.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Salary :

    Competitive and commensurate with the candidate's proficiency, efficiency, and experience.

    INR 70000 - 100000 Per month
