About the Role

We are seeking passionate and caring Education Support Officers to join our supportive and collaborative team. The successful candidates will support the learning, wellbeing, and inclusion of students across a range of year levels and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist students in small group and 1 : 1 settings to support learning across all curriculum areas.
• Support teachers to identify, implement, and record adjustments and differentiation strategies.
• Contribute to a safe, calm, and positive learning environment through effective behaviour support.
• Provide support for students with diverse needs, following Personalised Plans for Learning (PPL).
• Assist with physical requirements of students requiring special care.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Implement targeted learning and social / emotional intervention programs.
