Plant Manager

At Gigaforge, we are building the next generation of supply for the EV, Automotive, and appliance industry. To power our growth, we are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join our new Stamping & CNC manufacturing facility.

Experience : Minimum 12 years managing end-to-end stamping / CNC operations in a similar setup

Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee the complete stamping & CNC plant operations

Drive production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions for smooth operations

Implement best practices in stamping, CNC machining, and assembly processes

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards

Build and mentor a strong operations team to meet customer and business goals

Requirements :

Minimum 12 years of proven experience in managing stamping / CNC plants

Strong knowledge of stamping tools, dies, CNC programming, and machining processes

Ability to manage large-scale operations, production planning, and resource allocation

Leadership skills to inspire teams and drive operational excellence
