Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Associates and Sales RepresentativesDrive your team to meet weekly revenue and enrolment targetsTrain and monitor the team to ensure consistent sales performance and process excellenceGuide learners through career choices, explain program benefits, and close enrolments via phone / video callsOwn the end-to-end sales cycle – from counselling to post-sales relationship managementHandle escalations, improve customer experience, and maintain high service qualityTrack team performance using data, build structured feedback loops, and improve outcomesShare insights on customer behaviour, competition, and market dynamics with stakeholdersMinimum Requirement :
1+ years of experience leading a sales team, preferably in EdTechExcellent Tamil and English communication skills – written and verbalStrong presentation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsProven ability to coach, guide, and retain high-performing remote teamsA data-driven leader with a structured approach to building and scaling sales processesHigh on empathy, patience, and customer service orientationMotivated by purpose, performance, and making a real impact in people’s lives.About NxtWave :
