Wireless Network Engineer - Routing & Switching

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Engineer with strong expertise in switching, routing, and wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WLAN planning, RF troubleshooting, and wireless infrastructure design across diverse environments such as airports, offices, and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and design WLAN coverage and infrastructure for various environments.
• Troubleshoot WLAN coverage, RF interference, and connectivity issues.
• Create detailed deliverables for planning, design, and implementation phases of wireless projects.
• Conduct wireless site surveys using industry best practices for Data, Voice, and Location-Based Services.
• Utilize wireless analysis tools such as Ekahau Survey Pro, AirMagnet Surveyor, Spectrum Analysis tools, Packet Analyzers, and Cisco WLC Config Analyzer.
• Design and implement scalable, highly available wireless infrastructure solutions in large-scale, multisite, international environments.
• Maintain solid knowledge of current and emerging wireless RF standards including Wi-Fi 802.11g / n / ac / ax.
• Analyze RF parameters and signal flows including frequency, power levels, modulation methods, channel widths, and signal losses.
• Work with Cisco Prime, Cisco ACS, and Cisco ISE.
• Support and configure Cisco and Aruba wireless solutions in both central and flex connect modes.
• Stay updated on contemporary and next-generation wireless architectures, protocols, and scalability strategies.
