Die Fitter / Mould Fitter

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Die Fitter / Mould Fitter for a full-time, mid-level position in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in the field, specializing in the operation and maintenance of tools and dies. This role requires a deep understanding of machining techniques and tools such as CNC machines and precision measurement tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and modify dies, forms, jigs, and other tools used in the production process.
• Inspect completed dies and tools for defects and adherence to specifications and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth operations.
• Implement preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures to optimize machine uptime.
• Adapt to new techniques and technologies in tool and die making to improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on tools and equipment.
• Provide training and support to junior team members as needed to enhance their skills and productivity.
