We are hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and help shape the future of premium coworking in India.

The Role : Business Development Associate

As a BDA at Hoffice Global , you'll be responsible for growing our customer base and ensuring every new member feels at home from day one . You'll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding—while representing Hoffice as the premium choice for professionals and companies in Calicut.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, events, and digital outreach .
• Conduct engaging tours of the centre, showcasing the Hoffice experience .
• Build strong pipelines, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into members .
• Collaborate with the Community & Customer Services teams to deliver seamless onboarding.
• Identify upselling opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Track performance metrics, report progress, and meet / exceed monthly targets.
