Sales Business Head

We re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Business Head to lead our Solar Distribution business in India. This senior role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the solar industry and a proven track record of scaling distribution channels and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy for our solar distribution business across India.

Build lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Identify and onboard new channel partners distributors and key accounts.

Achieve sales targets and expand market share for our solar products.

Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers suppliers and clients.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies.

Provide regular performance reports and market feedback to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

6 8 years of experience in the Solar Industry

Proven experience in solar distribution sales or managing distribution channels.

Strong leadership negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).

Based in or willing to relocate to Noida India .

Salary offered is 14-16 LPA
