Job Title : Business Development Manager Property Acquisition

Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our property acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying, pitching, and onboarding hotel and property partners, with a proven track record in the budget hospitality sector .
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new budget hotel / property partners across assigned territories.
- Pitch the value proposition of our brand to property owners and negotiate commercial terms.
- Handle end-to-end deal closure including site visits, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams for setup and listing.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners to ensure long-term retention.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience :
34 years of experience in business development / sales, preferably in OYO, FabHotels, Treebo , or similar hospitality chains.Strong knowledge of real estate / property acquisition in the hospitality industry.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel as per business needs.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.Proven track record of onboarding properties and achieving sales targets.Existing network of property owners is a strong plus.
