Client Acquisition Manager – US Staffing
Role Overview :
A Client Acquisition Manager in the US Staffing industry is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients (especially mid-to-large enterprises), and helping place skilled professionals through staffing services (contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements).

Required Skills & Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in US staffing business development or sales .
- Proven track record of bringing in new clients and closing staffing deals.
- Understanding of U.S. staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099), H-1B, OPT, and immigration-related hiring practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, marketing, or related field.Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs.Existing client network in industries like IT, Healthcare, Engineering, or Finance.
