Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Pune. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone, generating sales leads, and closing sales deals. The specialist will provide exceptional customer service, support customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, conduct follow-ups, and achieve sales targets.
