ABOUT FLIPSPACES :

We are a Virtual-Reality-Tech-based design and contracting venture that aims at disrupting the way consumers design and execute the interiors of their spaces. At the core of the venture is a path-breaking technology product which gamifies the interior- designing experience for the consumer putting the control of interior-design in the hands of the consumer.

A venture by high-pedigree entrepreneurs from IIT, the venture looks at transforming the way brands find, design and manage their commercial spaces. With pan India operations we are headquartered in Mumbai, and Flipspaces has offices in Bangalore Delhi, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, USA, Pune, Ahmedabad and soon starting in UAE.

Designation- AGM / DGM - Business

Development Key Responsibilities :

We are looking for AGM / DGM Business Development to lead our corporate sales team. This is a critical business role accountable for ensuring revenue growth and establishing market leadership in the corporate space by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, analytical information and sales tools.

  • Prepare & execute sales & operations strategy for achieving the assigned sales targets for the company.
  • Develop and manage sales conversion & cash flow in consultation with the top management
  • Maximizessales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks
  • Guides in preparation of sales pitches for own team and sales team to close maximum transactions.
  • Manage direct sales through a team of sales professionals.
  • Design metrics to set monthly sales targets for the team members, direct in execution and oversee performance of the team.
  • Maintain cordial relations with all internal & external stakeholders and manage their expectations.

Educational qualifications :

  • Post-graduate degree / diploma - Preferably in marketing / systems / operations
  • Good academic profile throughout his / her education
  • Work experience :

  • 7+ Years of experience in real estate sales / sales strategy / sales operations profile
  • Team management experience
  • Experience of handling channel partner development knowledge & technical ability :
  • Understanding of sales process & lead lifecycle management
  • Ability to manage a large team & its needs such as people development, direction-setting etc.
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel) & leading CRM systems
  • Behavioural characteristics :

  • Leadership skills with an ability to influence his / her team
  • Sales orientation & attitude
  • Flexibility to work in dynamic work environment with targets and numbers
  • Able to work with a variety of people and manage their expectations with finesse
  • Effective blend of planning and execution skills
