The Job
The Offshore TA has a singular focus on Talent Acquisition for our Clients (Onshore). The vertical works closely with the client and their core responsibilities lies around understanding the technical requirements, assessing the Key skills required and segregating the Primary and secondary skills sets which they then effectively convert into segmented and accurate searches across the market to identify the best possible fit and fulfill hiring needs.
Essential Job Roles & Responsibilities
Developing and implementing effective employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent and meet the organization's hiring needs.Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activitiesLiaison with the customer on hiring needs and prepare forecasts.Responsible for managing ongoing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction throughsmooth deliveries, growing existing accounts by building rapport with customer.Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional organizations to expand the candidate pool.Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.Organize and / or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring strategies.Manager the recruitment team and train and mentor resources within the teamAnalyse and prepare various recruitment / delivery metrics data as per Business / Management needs.Partnering with leaders within the org to track ongoing hiring needs of business.Resource utilization and Manpower planningStaying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition effortsManage leaders within the recruitment department, ensuring career progression and growth, holding quarterly reviews with recruiters and talent acquisition specialists and managers.Manage the department budget and complete financial forecasts for the department.Streamline the recruitment process to improve efficiency and candidate experience., Implement technology solutions to automate and simplify recruitment tasks.Analyse recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the talent acquisition function.The Profile
You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services and IT.You have working knowledge of IT staffing and Domestic IT StaffingYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsThe Employer
