ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader to drive strategic hiring for high-growth business units across online and offline verticals. This role will own the TA charter—driving org design discussions, leading leadership hiring, improving funnel metrics, and partnering with CXOs for business-aligned workforce planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Talent Planning
- Own annual manpower planning aligned with business goals.
- Build and manage workforce planning tools and dashboards.
- Drive proactive sourcing and talent mapping strategies.
Leadership Hiring
Own CXO and D+ level hiring mandates end-to-end.Use executive search methodologies to attract top-tier leaders.Manage negotiation and onboarding for senior hires.Operational Excellence
Drive structured hiring processes, interview rubrics, and analytics.Track metrics : TAT, funnel health, offer-to-join ratio, recruiter productivity.Enable recruiter upskilling and system-driven hiring processes.TA Branding & Candidate Experience
Build the employer brand through digital campaigns and candidate journeys.Collaborate with marketing / design teams for TA-specific branding initiatives.Stakeholder Management & Governance
Deliver monthly hiring reviews and dashboards to leadership.Govern cost-per-hire, vendor ROI, recruiter KPIs.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
8–10+ years of experience with 3+ years in a leadership TA role.Prior experience in both volume and niche hiring.Strong knowledge of ATS, TA analytics, and employer branding strategies.Excellent business acumen and experience hiring for high-impact roles.Preferably from fast-scaling environments (startups, tech, B2C).PREFERRED EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
MBA / PGDM in HR (XLRI, TISS, MDI, IIMs) preferred.Certifications in Behavioral Interviewing, Org Design, Workforce Planning.
