About Us

GlobalPros.ai is a career intelligence platform that helps job seekers 25–50 understand their soft-skill “TalentDNA,” see how AI will impact their role, and find better-fit jobs faster with our real-time access to 95% of US job postings.

We’re looking for a high-volume short-form content “factory” (individual or small team) to produce 300 TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts per month from our scripts and messaging.

Our goals :

Drive free assessment sign-ups
Build brand awareness around Career Intelligence & AI + jobs
Push traffic into our Tier 1 / Tier 2 subscription funnel

Responsibilities

Turn 20–30 core scripts per month (we provide) into 300 finished short-form videos

Edit for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (9 : 16, vertical)

Add captions, jump cuts, zooms, overlays, and pattern interrupts to maximize retention

Create multiple hook variations for the same core idea

Use stock B-roll, motion graphics, templates, or AI avatars (we’re open to faceless formats)

Stay on top of trends in career TikTok, AI, job search, and self-improvement

Deliver content in weekly batches (e.g., 75 videos per week)

Organize files clearly (Google Drive / Dropbox + spreadsheet tracker)

Post content, track performance, and report best-performing hooks

What We Provide

Clear brand positioning & tone of voice

Funnel & CTA (free assessment → Tier 1 / Tier 2 paid plans)

20–30 seed scripts per month (or bullet-point talking ideas)

Brand kit : logo, colors, basic style guidelines

Performance feedback every week on what’s working

What You / Your Team Provide

End-to-end editing + creative execution

Ability to consistently deliver 300 videos per month

Knowledge of TikTok / Reels / Shorts best practices (hooks, retention, watch time)

Use of CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut / Descript or similar tools

Strong experience with subtitles and thumb-stopping first 1–2 seconds

(Bonus) Ability to suggest new hooks, angles, and formats based on results

Requirements

Proven examples of TikTok / Reels / Shorts you’ve edited (links required)

Demonstrated experience producing high volume content (at least 50+ videos / month previously)

Understanding of performance metrics : view-through, retention, CTR

Reliable turnaround time and communication

Comfortable working with faceless, B-roll, or AI-avatar formats (no need for our founder on camera)

Deliverables & Volume

Per month : 300 videos (we’ll start lower and ramp once quality is proven)

Per video length : 8–30 seconds

Format : 9 : 16, with burned-in captions, export-ready for TikTok / IG / YT

Delivery in weekly batches with filenames + tracking sheet.

Compensation

Contract for a fixed volume (300 videos / month).
