Were looking for a talented SQL Server Developer to help power the next generation of our Global Trade Intelligence platform. Youll be part of a fast-paced Agile / Scrum environment where your expertise in SQL Server and SSIS will support our cutting-edge multi-platform applications.

The Role

Youll be instrumental in designing and optimizing high-performance databases and ETL solutions that support mission-critical applications used globally. Working within our R&D team youll collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and optimize MS SQL Server databases with a strong focus on scalability and performance.

Build and maintain complex SSIS packages to support robust ETL pipelines.

Tune stored procedures triggers and queries to improve data processing efficiency.

Support developers in maximizing performance through query optimization indexing strategies and execution plan analysis.

Create and maintain data dictionaries and comprehensive database documentation.

Troubleshoot SQL and database issues with a systematic analytical approach.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone who brings sharp thinking a curious mindset a hunger to learn a strong work ethic a proven ability to deliver a sense of ownership and unwavering integrity.

Must-Haves :

4 years of hands-on SQL Server development experience.

Strong expertise in SSIS stored procedures performance tuning and execution plan analysis.

Solid grasp of SQL Server tools data modeling normalization / de-normalization concepts.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves :

Exposure to AI / ML in a data engineering context.
