Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer implementing :

▪️ Service Catalog
▪️ Mobile App
▪️ Virtual Agent
▪️ Ability to configure ITSM applications as per approved design plans
▪️ Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, performance testing & UAT
▪️ Strong development skills using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS
▪️ Familiarity with SQL queries and LDAP queries to connect with Oracle, MySQL & AD
▪️ Experience in building repeatable processes for development, test, staging & production
▪️ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
▪️ Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
▪️ Basic understanding of ITIL standards
▪️ Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)

Role Responsibilities
Understand application requirements or user stories
Follow best practices, standards, and development guidelines
Participate in daily stand-ups and track requirement updates
Be self-driven, detail-oriented, and deliver high-quality work
Perform Unit Testing and ensure proper documentation
Support users during UAT
Provide training to users on implemented user stories
