What You’ll Do

WSP’s Project Delivery team is central to delivering excellence across our Power & Energy portfolio—including Renewables, Transmission & Distribution, and Generation & New Energy projects. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of complex energy projects, ensuring consistent delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and is passionate about elevating project management as a core technical discipline. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading project delivery across development and construction phases of utility-scale energy projects
• Leading and supporting proposal development and bid leadership for strategic opportunities
• Managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality using WSP’s systems and processes
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to meet project objectives
• Overseeing financial performance, including forecasting, invoicing, and variation management
• Ensuring compliance with QA processes and contract requirements
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients on commercial and delivery matters
• Driving continuous improvement, standardisation, and reporting across projects
• Mentoring junior PMs and contributing to the growth of project management capability within the business
