Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and ethical Project Head – MEP to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across projects. The role involves overseeing planning, execution, documentation, safety compliance, billing, and coordination with all stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end execution of MEP projects — from planning and design coordination to commissioning.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols , site discipline, and company ethical standards at all levels.
• Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Manage documentation , including project reports, site records, approvals, and as-built drawings.
• Supervise MEP engineers, subcontractors, and site teams for progress and quality.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients for approvals and technical clarifications.
• Monitor procurement schedules, vendor performance, and material deliveries.
• Ensure accurate billing , verification of quantities, and coordination with the accounts team for client and vendor bills.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to avoid project delays.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports to management and clients.
