Job descriptionCollaborate closely with senior sales team members to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Assist in sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations under guidance. Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZOHO CRM, Monday.com). Utilize CRM data to track leads, analyze sales trends, and prepare performance reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs for reporting and documentation. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Provide swift assistance to resolve customer inquiries and escalations efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of inbound sales experience, ideally within the cosmetic ingredients, personal care, or similar B2B sectors. Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday CRM, ZOHO). Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. We're seeking an enthusiastic Junior Inbound Sales Executive specialized in B2B cosmetic ingredient sales or similar fields. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound leads generated from PPC campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, expos, and various other marketing activities, converting them into valued customers.
