About the Role :
Are you an HR professional with a passion for people and a knack for efficiency? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven HR Executive to join our team in Dubai . In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement within a fast-paced BPO and customer service environment .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for BPO / customer service roles
- Oversee onboarding, documentation & maintain accurate HR records
- Support employee relations, performance reviews , and conflict resolution
- Assist with training programs and learning initiatives
- Ensure HR processes align with UAE labor laws and internal policies
- Collaborate on workforce planning and departmental coordination
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field2–4 years of HR experience in the BPO / customer service sectorIn-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office & HRIS systemsThrives in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsWhat We Offer :
