Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Manager based in Noida. The Field Sales Manager will lead day-to-day sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and build robust relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, engaging potential customers, meeting sales targets, and organizing field campaigns to enhance brand visibility. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives and ensure seamless client experiences.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability in implementing sales strategies and meeting performance targets
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, specifically solar systems, is an advantage
