- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint , Word, Confluence and Visio.
