Identify and onboard resellers, strategic / channel partners in India and key international markets.
Develop and execute partner enablement strategies, including training, GTM plans, and sales support.
Build strong relationships with partners to drive joint success and achieve revenue goals.
Monitor partner performance and drive continuous improvement through engagement and feedback loops.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partner success.
Stay updated on regional market dynamics and competitive landscape to refine strategies.
Requirements :
2-4 years of experience in international business development, channel sales, or partner management.
Exposure to international markets such as SEA, ANZ, the Middle East, and Africa is a strong plus.
Prior experience in a SaaS or software product company is a plus.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and execution skills.
Ability to work independently across time zones and cultures.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
