- Handling existing clients and their current job openings
- Developing job descriptions and requirements based on the job openings and posting them on relevant platforms to attract candidates
- Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, in-house databases, external online and offline sources and forwarding them to the clients, and following up with the clients for updates
- Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions
- Keeping abreast of the latest job openings in different organizations
- Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies
- Finding new sources for searching for unique candidates
- Identifying new clients and getting in touch with them for their requirements
- Promoting the company’s reputation as the best workplace
- Handing paperwork for candidates
- Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position
- Providing periodic reports to the team manager regarding the recruitment status of positions
- Handling internship programs for freshers
