Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Manager Recruitment to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT talent for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to the growth of our IT Staffing Services Business and help build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening : Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. Conduct thorough screenings, including cold calling and interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture. Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive job specifications and understand the desired candidate profiles.
  • Interview Coordination : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Prepare candidates by providing relevant information about the company, culture, and interview process.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management : Facilitate salary and benefits negotiations between clients and candidates. Manage the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
  • Compliance & Documentation : Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate and client interactions.
  • Performance Metrics : Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placements, client satisfaction, and candidate success. Generate allotted revenue target each month.
  • Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Strong understanding of domestic staffing processes, including permanent staffing and work permits.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and internal stakeholders
