Key Responsibilities :

Source and screen candidates for IT roles in the US market

Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand requirements

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle

Build strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing strategies.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in US staffing and recruitment.
• Familiarity with tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
