Job descriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, finance, and operations, to gather requirements and define priorities. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Solid understanding of IT Asset Management, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Familiarity with related modules : CMDB, ITAM, ITSM, Discovery, and Software Asset Management (SAM) Stay informed about new ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to leverage platform capabilities effectively. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead and mentor a team of developers, administrators, and analysts working on the ServiceNow platform. Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and successful project delivery. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and ROI of ServiceNow initiatives. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders. Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new features and processes. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users and administrators. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience managing ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms. Proven track record of implementing and managing ITSM or other ServiceNow modules. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and API integrations is a plus. Strong grasp of the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle : procurement, receipt, deployment, maintenance, retirement, and disposal Knowledge of hardware compliance, vendor contracts, and regulatory requirements (e.g., data wiping standards, e-waste regulations) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria
