Job Description

• Develop strategic initiatives and plans for Retail Expansion
• Collaborate with the Consultancy, Strategy & Change department to implement plans.
• Develops high-impact presentations and data-driven insights for brands, landlords and internal stakeholders basis strategic decisions, conducts internal data analysis, and assists the Real Estate Head in developing the annual business plans
• Monitors data on project timelines, cost efficiency, and performance of past store openings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy alignment across the organization.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of strategy analysts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategy Manager should have :

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in strategy / real estate working in the retail sector
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex strategies to stakeholders.
• A proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
• Leadership qualities to manage and mentor a team.
