Key Responsibilities :
Develop innovative growth hacks to drive user growth across airtel businesses
Understand various components and drivers of growth, ranging from driving business organically and well as driving growth from own base
Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic / funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs
Undertake consumer research to identify their needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth
Design and execute all aspects of digital marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, email, WhatsApp
Ability to drive large scale projects, experiments and smaller tweaks with equal ease
Stakeholder management with senior leadership
Create detailed business plans outlining objectives, strategies, tactics, timelines, and performance metrics to achieve growth targets.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor performance against targets, analysing data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.
Preferred Candidate :
Overall 4-7 years of work experience with minimum 3+ years of work experience in – online growth hacking, preferably in the e-commerce or B2C product industry
Education : MBA
Possesses First Principle thinking, exceptional attention to detail, great analytical bent
Problem solving abilities with strong bias for impact
