About DRIVN-

DRIVN is an IIT Delhi alumni-backed initiative. We’re building the asset backbone for India's electric revolution. We're enabling India's best bus and truck fleet operators to go electric by taking on the complexity - vehicles, batteries, charging infrastructure, data - so they can focus on what they do best : running great routes. We're a team of climate-focused founders backed by leading climate and fintech investors, solving one of India's most critical problems : transitioning commercial mobility from diesel to electric at scale. Our technology and operations are live on real routes across multiple Indian cities.

As an intern in the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founding team on the problems that matter most to DRIVN's success.

About the Founders -

The co-founders – Mayank Jain and Manav bring decades of experience across product, marketing, data science, growth, investment and advisory from leading technology companies and fast-scaling Indian brands and Venture Capital firms.

The Role -

You'll be the operational backbone of the founding team, bridging strategy and execution across our most critical initiatives. You'll own problems end-to-end, ship work that directly impacts operations, and develop a comprehensive view of how a zero-to-one climate fintech scales in India. Build and maintain operational dashboards (Excel, data visualization) that inform real-time decisions. Support financial modeling and scenario planning for unit economics and scaling strategies. Optimize internal processes : identify efficiency opportunities, document workflows, implement improvements.
