Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Patient Relation - Domestic Business. The PR will be responsible for handling the patient's queries. They need to be Quick & Proactive in Providing support to patients.

Must have :

• Fluency in English
• 0-1 year of Experience in healthcare background.
• Knowledge of Hospital Operations & understanding of Medical Terminology
• Excellent Communication skills- spoken & written
• Good listening & perceiving skills
• Quick & assertive in responding to any situation relating to patient treatment
• Must be a Team Player
• Must have the ability to make sales
