Job profile : E-commerce Sales and Operations executive
Location : Charni Road, Mumbai
Timing : 10 : 00 am to 07 : 00 pm.
Days : Monday to Saturday. (Saturdays WFH)
Leave model : 14 Planned Leaves, 10 Sick Leave and 10 Public Holidays.
Job Description :
A) Marketplace Management and Advertising :
1. Drive online sales and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets on Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Ajio, Tatacliq, Flipkart, etc.
2. Manage e-commerce platforms : Manage and update product listings, content, discounts, prices, images, on the website and marketplaces
3. Collaborate with vendors : Build strong relationships with platform vendors to resolve technical issues and optimise performance. Onboard national and international marketplaces.
4. Drive campaign strategy : Create and execute advertising campaigns to drive traffic and
grow sales profitably on Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart.
5. Create digital marketing materials : Work closely with marketing and design teams to
develop engaging banners and content for online platforms.
B) Performance Analysis :
1. Utilize Google Sheets or Excel to create reports, track performance metrics, and present
data-driven insights to Management.
2. Prepare and present monthly KPI reports.
3. Analyse performance metrics like conversion rates, sales data, and ROI.
