Essential Qualifications : A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media and Communication, Marketing or related fields Excellent writing and communication skills Familiarity with managing a communications calendar, and using advertising platforms, social media marketing tools and mass mailing software like Mailchimp, Hootsuite and Canva is ideal Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello and Slack is a plus Knowledge of Wordpress, Wix is ideal Essential Experience : 2-3 years experience working in a content marketing or communications role Experience in content writing and managing a communications calendar is a plus Prior experience in working for a structured company or organisation, preferably in the arts and culture sector Key Personal Attributes & Skills : Good communicator, can work with a diverse range of people and personalities Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Ability to manage diverse internal / external stakeholders and coordinate delivery Ability to produce clear, coherent creative briefs, project reports, and coordinate multiple projects Strong attention to detail and good observation skills
