Job Responsibilities
- Influencer Strategy & Collaboration
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand messaging, product launches, and local market preferences.
- Market-Specific Campaign Planning
- Localize global digital marketing strategies to meet cultural, legal, and audience expectations in Indian markets.
- Drive market awareness and consumer trust through storytelling, user-generated content (UGC), and localized digital assets.
- Platform-Specific Execution
- Plan and publish digital campaigns across social media platforms, including paid influencer collaborations.
- Monitor algorithm changes, trend shifts, and platform best practices to adjust content strategy in real time.
- Budget & ROI Management
- Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI through performance tracking, KPI analysis, and long-term partnerships.
- Track campaign effectiveness, engagement rates, conversion metrics, and audience feedback with regular reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with brand, compliance, creative, and regional sales teams to ensure brand alignment and legal adherence in both markets.
- Share best practices and learnings across markets to support global influencer program development.
What We’re Looking For
Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field3–6 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, digital brand management, or social media campaignsPrior experience managing creators or influencer partnerships in CanadaKey SkillsDeep understanding of influencer culture, digital trends, and consumer behavior in CanadaKnowledge of legal advertising guidelines and age restrictions in regulated industries is a plusFamiliarity with influencer management tools (e.g., Grin, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, etc.)Data-driven with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Creator CenterPersonal Traits
