Role & responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage calendar, travel, meetings, and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings / events.
Strategic & Project Support
Track and follow up on strategic initiatives and key deliverables.Support business reviews, data analysis, and decision-making.Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.Conduct research and prepare briefs for strategic discussions.Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure timely and effective communication on behalf of the Director.

Required Functional Competencies
Advanced MS Office Skills Excel (dashboards, pivot tables), PowerPoint (presentations), Outlook (calendar / email management).Digital Collaboration Tools MS Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, OneDrive.Data Handling & Reporting Ability to work with business data, generate reports, and support analytics.Document Management Version control, formatting, and archiving.Basic Project Management Tools – Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership
